How does billing work?

Billing is based on the number of tables you monitor. A table counts toward your limit when you enable any monitoring on it: freshness schedules, data quality metrics, or validity rules. All features on one table count as a single monitored table. Choose monthly or annual billing (save 15% annually).

How do the usage limits work?

Each plan includes a limit on monitored tables, data sources (databases), and team members. A table is "monitored" if it has any active monitoring (freshness, metrics, or validity). Each unique table counts once regardless of how many monitors it has. You can view your usage breakdown in the billing settings.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing adjustments. Your usage limits update to match the new plan on the same day.

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Trials are available by invitation: a magic link in a cold email, a trial code we share directly, or the try-it form on the homepage. There is no self-serve trial from the signup page without a code. Trials are 14 days with no credit card; at the end you pick a paid plan or your workspace pauses until you choose one. We do not auto-convert the trial into a paid subscription, and there is no free tier.

What databases are included in the per-table price?

The $5/table price is the same across every supported database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, ClickHouse, and SQL Server. We do not charge more for cloud warehouses than for OLTP sources; a monitored table on Snowflake costs the same as one on Postgres.

Do you offer annual or volume discounts?

Annual billing saves 15% vs monthly. Teams monitoring 500+ tables should contact us for volume pricing. We do not currently offer discounts for startups or non-profits; the default price is already well below enterprise competitors.
